I managed a community in Portage which had machines from Coin-O-Matic already installed. Repair orders were handled promptly and professionally. There was one instance where a machine had to be changed out due to resident complaints and this was done with no hesitation on your part to satisfy the residents. The office staff was friendly and courteous as well.

I also worked with you on another property in Chesterton to secure a contract. You worked diligently to address the needs of the owner to secure a contract.

I have also called you to work with me on 6 properties I just took over in Merrillville. My experience with Coin-O-Matic has always been a positive one and I look forward to working with you in the future.
